If you are located in a 5 mile radius of downtown Columbia, there is no charge for a ballpark quote for design/build projects.
If you are located in the Midlands outside of downtown Columbia, there’s an $85 fee for a site visit and a ballpark quote on design/build projects
If you would like a firm quote, depending on the intensity and depth of your project request, there is a fee of $125-$250 for design build projects but will be credited to the total cost of the project if you have Make It Rain Irrigation & Landscapes perform the work!
Make It Rain does not offer free quotes for irrigation service calls. We charge a service call fee that covers the first hour of our site visit including diagnostics and work performed on your issue not including parts/material.
WHEN IS MAKE IT RAIN AVAILABLE TO START OUR PROJECT?
Make It Rain prioritizes projects on a first come, first serve basis.
We are usually able to get to most small to medium sized projects with about a month or less of lead time, however that may vary depending on weather and other factors outside of our control.
HOW MUCH WILL MY PROJECT COST?
Each project has its own unique variables such as scope of work, brand and grade of materials, site conditions, soil type, material availability, travel distance, and more. We find there is no “one size fits all” approach to pricing for the unique dynamics of each project.
